How we handle Imported Job Postings.

Hiring This Week currently imports 65+ million Job Postings per month. We have access to more than 1+ Billion Job Postings annually, from 33+ million sites, mind boggling to say the least. The following is a description of how we handle this data.

Our number one focus is to contact the Employer, to work diligently to establish a verifiable Basic Employer Profile on Hiring This Week. Associating any Job Postings, anywhere, to the Employer with the Employer's Profile including the ability for Job Seekers to apply directly to the Employer by email or URL.

  1. Imported Jobs come from many platforms. Proper formatting and missing, incorrect or incomplete information and mode of apply is a challenge.
  2. Our mission is to make sure ALL employers receive 100% of their applications.
  3. All Imported or 3rd party Job Postings are listed as Standard listings without Featured Job Posting Status or an Urgently Hiring Label. Contact Us to apply to Unverified Job Postings.
  4. Employers with imported Job Posts or participating with FREE Job Postings can upgrade their Job Posting to Featured or apply an Urgently Hiring label at any time. (Fees apply)
  5. Imported or 3rd party Job Postings and FREE Job Postings receive applies primarily from Hiring This Week Active/Visible Job Seekers.
  6. Subscriber Employers. Those with verified Employer Profiles enjoy Verified Active/Visible Job Postings.
  7. Non-Subscriber Employers acquired job postings are marked with an Unverified icon. Employers with unverified, incomplete, missing or incorrect information for their Job Postings remain 'on hold' as an unverified job posting until contact with the Employer can be established. In order to service the Job Seeker's desire or intention to apply to an Employer, Hiring This Week attempts to contact Employer for 48 hours, to receive correct information from the Employer, before referring the Job Seeker to alternative options.
