You will look forward to getting out of bed in the morning. You will call businesses daily to present Hiring This Week services.

Persons with experience in phone sales, customer service or tech service will succeed and advance rapidly.

If you can present yourself with professionalism, speak clearly and communicate effectively we will train you for this role.

• This role can be part-time, full-time or gig hours.
• You may request employee status (W-2) or be an independent contractor (1099).
• You will be supported by a team of professionals that care about your success. When your success advisor assists you with a sale, you receive 100% of the pay as if you had completed the process yourself.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service and Sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)
• Persuasive, not aggressive
• Proficient with technology applications; email, internet browsers, search engines and data management systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• First and foremost, the ability to listen, retain knowledge and the desire to succeed where others fail. We train and support you daily
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills (professional demeanor)
• Proficient in multi-tasking
• Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy

Hiring This Week is looking for work-at-home sales representatives. Every day, our goal is to provide great customer service, exceeding expectations, and to do that, we need the very best people to join us.

Outbound and Inbound Sales Reps are responsible for assisting existing and new customers with incoming sales opportunities. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs.

Work from home requirements:
