Property Management CoordinatorLocation: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
We're seeking a highly organized Property Management Coordinator to support the daily operations of a fast-paced property management office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative work, customer service, leasing support, and coordinating with residents, owners, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Schedule property showings and assist with the leasing process
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins
- Maintain property listings and weekly vacancy reports
- Answer incoming calls and greet office visitors
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and resident communications
- Update property management software and maintain organized records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor appointments
- Assist with utility setups, owner notifications, court paperwork, and resident insurance compliance
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation$46,000-$55,000
